Dog A.I.D are amazing- A small charity that make a very big difference to the people they help. I have been lucky enough to see their work first hand recently and it's been completely inspiring. Working with my friend Maddy and her dog Jake, Dog A.I.D have helped to find a trainer for Jake and he is working towards becoming an assistance dog. Not only is Jake delighted, but I can already see what a huge difference it is going to make to Maddy's independence and support.

Soon Jake will be picking up dropped objects, opening and shutting doors, finding articles which have been mislaid, fetching help and many other tasks. Not to mention the reassurance, confidence and independence he inspires.
